Ace-a-thon Buzzz SS Ace Contest — Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering the Ace-a-thon Buzzz SS Ace Contest (“Contest”), participants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Foundation Disc Golf, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

 

 

1. Eligibility

  • The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding U.S. territories) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate.

  • Employees of Foundation Disc Golf, its affiliates, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to win.

 

 

2. Contest Period

  • The Contest begins on 07/18/2025 and ends on 8/22/2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”).

  • All entries must be submitted and publicly viewable on the social media platforms described in the section below by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

 

 

3. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Throw an ace (hole-in-one) using a Buzzz SS with the official Ace-a-thon stamp.

  2. Capture the ace on video, clearly showing:

    • The full flight of the disc from throw to basket,

    • The Ace-a-thon Buzzz SS,

    • No ground contact before the disc enters the basket.

  3. Post the video on Instagram, Facebook, X, or YouTube Shorts and tag @foundationdiscgolf in the caption or video.

  4. Your account must be public so we can view the video.

  5. Only one entry per ace. Multiple unique aces may be submitted separately.

 

 

4. Judging and Voting

  • After the Contest Period, the Foundation Disc Golf team will select four (4) finalists based on creativity, difficulty, angle, and overall hype factor of the ace.

  • These four finalists will be posted on Foundation Disc Golf’s social media accounts to allow fans to vote for their favorite.

  • Fan voting will determine the Grand Prize winner.

 

 

4A. No Purchase Necessary to Enter

While entries must feature an official Ace-a-thon stamped Buzzz SS, participants are not required to purchase the disc in order to enter.

  • Participants may use an Ace-a-thon Buzzz SS that was borrowed, traded, or gifted from another individual — ownership or purchase by the entrant is not required.

  • Additionally, five (5) discs will be made available free of charge for in-person pickup at our Foundation Disc Golf retail store located at 16955 Forest Rd, Suite J, Forest, VA 24551.

  • These discs can be reserved in advance by contacting the store via phone or email. Limit one (1) free disc per person, while supplies last.

  • There is no expectation, obligation, or requirement to make a purchase when picking up a free disc.

 

 

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

  • A trip to the winner’s dream disc golf course (must be within the continental United States), including:

    • Roundtrip airfare,

    • Lodging and transportation,

    • A round of disc golf filmed with Foundation Disc Golf for our YouTube channel.


  • Travel dates will be coordinated based on Foundation Disc Golf’s filming schedule and the winner’s availability. Winner must be able to travel within 6 months of being selected or the prize may be forfeited.

Finalists (3 Runners-up):

  • Will be featured on Foundation Disc Golf social media and may receive additional prizes (TBD).

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

 

6. Rights and Usage

By submitting an entry, you agree to:

  • Grant Foundation Disc Golf a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your video and likeness in all media formats, including but not limited to YouTube, social media, and promotional content.

  • Confirm that the video is your original work and that you have all necessary permissions from individuals appearing in the video.

 

 

7. General Conditions

  • Entries that do not meet all criteria may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Foundation Disc Golf.

  • Foundation Disc Golf reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or fairness of the competition.

  • By entering, you release Foundation Disc Golf and its partners from any and all liability related to participation in the Contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize.
