Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility

Clothing must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags/stickers attached.

Items will be inspected upon return to confirm they are in “new” condition.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final.
Foundation Care (New Discs Only)

Return any new disc within 30 days for a gift certificate equal to the purchase price.

Available to U.S. customers only.

Submit your request using the Foundation Care form located HERE.

Does not apply to Text Deals, Mystery Boxes, Subscription Boxes or Used Discs
Exchanges

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Email support@foundationdiscs.com to request an exchange.

If approved, we’ll provide a return label and send a replacement upon receiving the item.
