Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Clothing must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags/stickers attached.

  • Items will be inspected upon return to confirm they are in “new” condition.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final.

Foundation Care (New Discs Only)

  • Return any new disc within 30 days for a gift certificate equal to the purchase price.

  • Available to U.S. customers only.

  • Submit your request using the Foundation Care form located HERE.

  • Does not apply to Text Deals, Mystery Boxes, Subscription Boxes or Used Discs

Exchanges

  • We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.

  • Email support@foundationdiscs.com to request an exchange.

  • If approved, we’ll provide a return label and send a replacement upon receiving the item.
