Latitude 64
Latitude 64 is the powerhouse manufacturer behind many of the brands you love! First known to be the manufacturer of the 'Trilogy' (Latitude, Dynamic and Westside) they have now also expanded into being the manufacturer behind additional brands that fall under the "House of Discs" umbrella such as Kastaplast and have aided companies like Discmania with setting up their manufacturing. In other words, you have probably thrown Latitude 64 plastic at some point whether you knew it or not.
Plastic Details
Retro
Retro
This is their cheapest baseline plastic. It has a grippy hand feel and is very affordable making it a great choice for people looking to test out new discs without breaking the bank. Be aware that discs in this plastic will beat up easily. This is the same plastic as Origio and Prime from Westside and Dynamic.
Zero
Zero
This plastic offers a similar hand feel to prime but with a little bit more durability and grip. This is the typical choice of plastic for putting putters and throwing putters that you want to beat in. Zero is the same plastic as BT and Classic from Westside and Dynamic.
Opto
Opto
This is Latitude's classic premium plastic. It offers a great mix of grip and durability. Expect discs to fly a little bit more overstable in this plastic especially when it is in the stiffer "X" variety. This is the same plastic as VIP and Lucid from Westside and Dynamic.
Gold
Gold
This is the grippiest premium plastic that Latitude offers. It has a softer hand feel and a slightly less stable flight than Opto. Most players prefer this plastic for their drivers. Gold is the same plastic as Tournament and Fuzion from Westside and Dynamic.
