I've been to the store on a visit from FL but never ordered online. I made an online order and there was a mix up after payment was made with a disc selection and I tried contacting via all social media platforms and the Foundation page and they made it right and the shipping speed was 2nd to none, from VA to FL in 2 days...crazy!!!
