Time-Lapse (Retooled) | Special Edition
New Time-Lapse, new Special Edition! Matthew Jorde brings us a typography-based stamp for the release of the Special Edition retooled Neutron Time-Lapse, adorning it with a clean style. The goal was to produce a stamp that was reminiscent of the first Time-Lapse SE, while still being its own thing - most fitting for a retool! Players will easily notice the difference between the original Special Edition Neutron Time-Lapse and this new retooled version, both by how it feels in the hand and its flight. Our goal for the Time-Lapse was to create a distance driver that high-power players would trust for controllable maximum distance, and lower-power players would appreciate for reliable and predictable flights. The retooled Time-Lapse is everything we wanted from the original run, and we are very excited about this one. Celebrate this achievement with Simon and MVP by grabbing your own Special Edition retooled Neutron Time-Lapse today!

Similar Discs
We find that these discs offer a similar flight to the Time-Lapse (Retooled) | Special Edition

MVP/Axiom/Streamline
MVP burst on to the disc golf scene by doing something that other companies weren't really paying much attention to, overmolding their discs. Throwers claim this process provides gyroscopic benefits to the discs allowing them to hold their RPMs for longer making for more consistent and longer flights. In addition to the MVP brand, they also sell discs under Axiom (colored rims), and Streamline (more classic single-molded discs).
Plastic Details
Electron
Electron
This is their baseline plastic that has a grippy hand feel and is the preferred plastic for your putting putters but can be great for any disc you want to beat in as well! MVP also offers electron in a soft and hard variety.
Fission
Fission
MVP's Fission plastic is unique in that the core of the disc is drastically lighter than the rim when compared to other blends. This increases the gyroscopic nature of discs in this plastic and can lead to farther flights. The feel and durability falls in between a baseline and premium plastic.
Proton
Proton
This is MVP's classic premium plastic. It sacrifices a little bit of grip for durability and does a phenomenal job! Expect discs to fly a little bit more overstable in this plastic. It is noticeably stiffer than a lot of other competitors plastic that fills the same slot.
Neutron
Neutron
This is the opaque and grippy premium plastic that MVP offers. It has a softer hand feel than Proton and a slightly less stable flight.
Plasma
Plasma
This blend is similar to Neutron in a lot of ways but offers a more metallic look to it and a slightly grippier hand feel. Some discs in this plastic can have a color-shift look to them as well.
